4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We may disclose your personal data to third parties, such as our service providers, government authorities, and business partners, for purposes directly related to our services or as required by law.
Sub-Processors: We engage trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) to assist in delivering our services. These currently include:
- Payment Gateway Provider — for processing payments and managing financial transactions (e.g., FPX, card payments)
- Cloud Infrastructure Provider — for hosting the Platform and storing data
- Email Service Provider — for sending transactional and marketing emails
We require all sub-processors to comply with data protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We will notify you of any changes to our sub-processors by updating this section.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Pricing: The prices for our services, including Platform Fees, transaction charges, and any other applicable fees, are detailed in the Pricing Schedule published at https://evenzspace.com/pricing (or such other URL as we may designate from time to time). We reserve the right to change our prices, and we will announce any such changes by posting the updated pricing on our website or notifying you via email. The revised prices will be effective as of the date of the announcement. It is your responsibility to review the Pricing Schedule periodically.
- Billing and Payment: You agree to pay all charges in accordance with our billing terms and authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all amounts owed.
- Execution of Payment: You grant us permission to execute transactions on your behalf, including charging your payment method, to fulfill your service orders and other financial obligations.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Each event or service may have its own specific refund deadline as specified in the event details or registration page. Refund requests must be submitted before the stated deadline to be eligible for consideration. Once approved, the refund process will take approximately 14 working days.
6. WITHDRAWAL AND PAYOUT POLICY
If you are an event organizer using our platform to sell tickets or registrations, the following policy governs your ability to withdraw proceeds collected through your event. All withdrawals are subject to the conditions below.
- Eligibility: Only the owner of an event may request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are available exclusively for event-type forms (e.g., ticket sales, event registration). A withdrawal cannot be initiated unless the event has a configured end date.
- Cooling-Off Period: After an event ends, a mandatory 3-day cooling-off period applies before any withdrawal can be requested. This period exists to give attendees time to raise any disputes and to allow the platform to verify all transactions associated with the event.
- Settled Funds Only: Only payments that meet both of the following criteria will be included in your withdrawal balance:
- The payment must have a confirmedpaid status; and
- The payment must have been created at least 48 hours ago.
This ensures that only fully settled and verified funds are available for withdrawal. Pending or recently created payments will not appear in your available balance. - Net Profit Calculation: The amount available for withdrawal is your net profit — that is, the total of all eligible settled payments minus any applicable platform fees, transaction charges, or other deductions as specified in your agreement or the applicable pricing schedule.
- Processing Time: Once a withdrawal request is submitted and approved, the funds will be transferred to your designated bank account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank and our payment processor. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Bank Account Requirement: You must have a valid bank account registered on your account to receive withdrawals. You may register, change, or remove bank accounts through your account settings. Only verified bank accounts will be eligible to receive payouts.
- Withdrawal Finality: Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processed, it is final and cannot be reversed. Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming a withdrawal.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to review, delay, or cancel any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of these terms, or a breach of our platform policies. We may also request additional verification information before processing a withdrawal.
- Disputes and Chargebacks: If an attendee raises a dispute or chargeback in respect of a payment that has already been withdrawn, you agree to cooperate fully with our investigation and to repay the disputed amount promptly upon our request. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of future payouts.
- Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on the proceeds you receive through our platform. We do not provide tax advice, and we encourage you to consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.
- Modification of Withdrawal Terms: We reserve the right to modify this Withdrawal and Payout Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the withdrawal feature after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
